Pass Terms and Conditions Purchasing an annual parking pass for a senior or a person with disabilities requires documentation and is not available online until the registered customer has completed document verification at either the Blue Lake Regional Park or Oxbow Regional Park offices.  Once the customer has had their documents verified, they will be able to purchase the pass in the future without providing documentation.  If you wish to purchase one of these pass types and begin the documentation process, please visit one of these locations or call 503-665-4995 for assistance.  Senior passes are available for customers age 62 and older.  In order to purchase a parking pass at the discount for disabled persons, a document on official letterhead stating permanent disability must be provided. The handicap placard is not acceptable.  Metro does accept the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife disabled hunting/fishing license as proof of disability.
